Join a growing community of professionals advancing the next wave of AI. As an AI Trainer, you’ll play a hands-on role by analyzing and providing feedback on data to improve LLM performance, helping ensure that the next generation of AI technology is accurate and trustworthy.

We are seeking a skilled accounting professional to work as a project consultant in our AI Labor Marketplace. This is not a full-time employment position — you will be engaged as an expert project consultant on a contract basis.

Location: U.S.-based experts only

Engagement: Part-time, 1099 project-based

Work Type: Remote

Project Summary: Consultants will review accounting-related prompts, source materials, AI-generated rubrics, and model responses to ensure outputs align with professional accounting standards, financial reasoning accuracy, and real-world business workflows.

Consultant Engagement Terms:

This is a project-based consultant role. Consultants will be paid on a per-project basis; hourly rates are estimates based on anticipated completion time. Consultants control their own schedule, provide their own tools, and may simultaneously provide services to other vendors/employers (subject to those vendors’ allowances).

Responsibilities:

Contributors will:

  • Review accounting prompts and supporting source files for technical accuracy and realism
  • Evaluate AI-generated rubrics against accounting principles and business standards
  • Determine whether rubrics should be kept, rewritten, expanded, or corrected
  • Assess AI-generated responses for financial accuracy, compliance, and reasoning quality
  • Identify missing criteria, calculation issues, or audit/compliance risks
  • Draft or revise expert-level benchmark responses when required
  • Apply professional judgment to identify subtle reasoning gaps or inconsistencies
  • Follow project guidelines related to confidentiality, fictionalization, and data handling
  • Review audit scenarios, source files, and AI-generated evaluation rubrics
  • Assess whether audit criteria appropriately reflect risk, materiality, and compliance standards
  • Identify missing controls, procedural gaps, or flawed audit reasoning

  • High-quality evaluations of AI-generated accounting content
  • Revised rubrics aligned with professional accounting standards
  • Expert-reviewed benchmark responses and annotations
  • Accurate identification of reasoning, compliance, or calculation errors

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher in Accounting, Finance, or related field
  • CPA, CMA, or equivalent credential preferred
  • Professional experience in accounting, financial reporting, auditing, tax, or corporate finance
  • Strong analytical and written communication skills
  • Ability to evaluate complex business and financial reasoning
