Now we’re scaling fast—and we’re looking for an ambitious early-career associate to join our NYC team at the ground floor.

About the Role

This is a front-row seat inside one of the most ambitious deep-tech startups at the intersection of AI and geopolitics. You’ll work directly with the CEO (one of three co-founders) on high-stakes projects that cut across client pilots, investor relations, strategic briefs, and go-to-market campaigns.

No two weeks will look the same: one day you’re in a closed-door session with intelligence planners, the next you’re polishing an investor deck, the day after you’re on a plane to support a client pilot. It’s intense, hands-on, and built as a launchpad for recent grads who want to accelerate toward graduate school, venture capital, public policy, or founding their own company.

What You’ll Do

• Act as the CEO’s right hand – own the calendar and priorities, turn high-level meetings into clear action, and drive momentum across teams at the heart of the company’s strategy.
• Research at the frontier – dig into geopolitical, economic, and tech questions, distill complex findings, and deliver sharp briefs that shape leadership decisions.
• Help launch our products – drive campaigns for our SaaS subscription tiers, drafting content, coordinating deliverables, and making sure launches land with clients, investors, and the press.
• Own relationship systems – manage our CRM, keep partners engaged, and elevate Anadyr’s digital presence with polished, strategic content.
• Run special projects – jump on high-stakes priorities as they arise, from pilots with government or international partners to last-minute trips to the West Coast or board-level prep with VCs.

What You’ll Bring

• Recent graduate or 1–3 years’ experience in consulting, policy, startups, or operations (internships and fellowships count).
• Exceptional organizational skills and the ability to juggle shifting priorities in high-pressure settings.
• Impeccable attention to detail and the discipline to keep complex calendars, workflows, and documents on track.
• Strong communication skills—polished decks, concise memos, sharp notes.
• Intellectual curiosity and analytical rigor—you can quickly digest complex ideas and turn them into actionable insights.
• A collaborative, low-ego mindset—you thrive on teamwork and are motivated by the mission, not just the title.
• Adaptability and resilience—you’re energized by last-minute shifts, travel, and fast-moving priorities.
• A genuine interest in global affairs, AI, and building technology for a safer, more peaceful world.
• A proactive, entrepreneurial, all-in startup mentality. You’re willing to wear ten hats and learn fast.
• Bonus: CRM experience or running social media with strategic polish.
