Our product enables SMB food distributors to make the long-overdue transition from analog to digital workflows – a connected platform with a holistic suite of tools that empower them to automate operations, save invaluable time from tedious work, and grow their businesses.

Help lay the foundations of an incredibly talented team of driven, high-performing engineers.

Learn and master concepts, technologies, and standards to invent new tools for the food supply chain. For example, you might build the next-generation system to power wholesale financial transactions or international seafood traceability.

Work closely with product and design teams to build the best experience for our customers. Own the projects from start to finish: through conception, research, implementation, and maintenance.

Acquire a deep understanding of a highly complex yet old-school industry that directly impacts all our lives.

Gain exposure to all aspects of a startup business – from sales and customer success to strategy and beyond.

5+ years experience in building production software solutions.

Craving for ownership. You genuinely enjoy owning projects end-to-end and are comfortable operating with a lot of ambiguity.

Demonstrated track record of architecting and developing scalable production quality systems.

Deep experience with one or more of the following: web app development, mobile app development, building large-scale distributed systems, or infrastructure management.

Curiosity and desire to deeply understand customers’ pain points and apply that knowledge in your work.

Pragmatism and business thinking. You care about the business impact of your build and can prioritize accordingly. You appreciate the importance of craft, speed, the bottom line, and balance.

Strong communication skills and ability to work in a cross-functional team to balance product and technical requirements.
