About The Role

As a Sales Development Representative (SDR), you’ll be the first point of contact for prospective partners, driving top-of-funnel growth by identifying and qualifying high-value opportunities. You’ll collaborate closely with Account Executives and the Clinical Partnerships Team to build a strong pipeline and accelerate revenue growth. This role is ideal for someone who is entrepreneurial, resilient, and thrives in a high-growth, fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Generate leads through outbound cold calls, emails, and LinkedIn outreach to engage decision-makers.
  • Qualify inbound leads from marketing campaigns and route them to the appropriate sales team.
  • Develop and execute personalized outreach strategies based on deep account research to improve conversion rates.
  • Schedule meetings and discovery calls for Account Executives and the Clinical Partnerships team by identifying and nurturing key prospects.
  • Research target accounts to tailor messaging and enhance engagement.
  • Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to refine outreach strategies and improve pipeline efficiency.
  • Maintain accurate CRM data and track key activity metrics (emails, calls, booked meetings).
  • Stay informed on industry trends to position Culina Health effectively in outreach efforts.

What We’re Looking For

  • 1-2 years of experience in sales, business development, or a customer-facing role (healthcare experience is a plus).
  • Strong lead sourcing skills—able to identify, research, and connect with key decision-makers.
  • High energy and persistence—comfortable with cold outreach and overcoming objections.
  • Proven ability to generate meetings and meet sales activity targets in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a strong ability to build rapport.
  • Curiosity and a growth mindset—eager to learn and develop within a scaling organization.
  • Self-motivated and results-driven, with a passion for healthcare innovation.
  • Experience using CRM and sales engagement tools to manage outreach and track performance.
