About The Role

As a Mid-Market Account Executive, you will own the sales process for mid-sized healthcare organizations, employers, and benefits providers. You will work closely with an SDR to qualify leads and drive deals through the mid-to-late sales stages, from discovery to close.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own and close mid-market sales opportunities, driving consistent revenue growth.
  • Work closely with SDRs to qualify inbound and outbound leads and convert them into pipeline opportunities.
  • Manage the full sales cycle, including discovery, solution presentation, contract negotiation, and deal closure.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with HR/benefits leaders, healthcare administrators, and other key decision-makers.
  • Develop and execute account strategies to optimize pipeline efficiency and accelerate sales velocity.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing, customer success, and product, to ensure seamless onboarding and long-term client success.
  • Stay informed on industry trends and position Culina Health as a leading solution in the healthcare and benefits landscape.

What We’re Looking For

  • 3-5 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in healthcare, benefits, or telehealth.
  • Proven ability to close mid-market deals and consistently exceed revenue targets.
  • Experience selling into HR/benefits teams, provider groups, or payers is a plus.
  • Strong consultative selling skills, with the ability to tailor solutions to client needs.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to influence decision-makers.
  • Goal-oriented and self-motivated, thriving in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
  • Proficiency in CRM and sales analytics tools to track and manage pipeline performance.
