We're looking for a Freelance Talent Consultant who has awesome people skills and is a master relationship-builder! We need someone who’s a natural at connecting with people and great at forging relationships with industry talent. This person will support our team by sourcing and recruiting influencers and micro influencers to participate in our videos for our combined audience of over 9+ million!

The Job

This Freelance Talent Consultant role requires someone who specializes in influencer and celebrity outreach - ensuring that we have the best talent to feature in our videos. This role is perfect for someone who is virtually fearless and is not afraid to reach out to influencers, talent managers, and talent agents with the goal of increasing our content viewership across all our social channels!

What You’ll Do

• Collaborate with our casting directors on influencer talent sourcing strategies
• Research and outreach to trending talent across YouTube, Instagram, and TikTok
• Forge and maintain good relationships with talent and talent managers
• Bring sourced talent to our team and manage talent booking process
• Strive to incorporate diverse talent into our videos
• Represent Jubilee's values well

Who You Are

• 1-2 years of experience in talent management in the entertainment and social media industries
• Someone with a strong interest and understanding of the digital media landscape, trends, and behaviors
• Experience creating and maintaining relationships with industry talent and talent managers
• Outstanding people skills with a high level of empathy
• Highly motivated, passionate, detail-oriented, and organized
• Proficient in using Google Sheets (Asana, Airtable a plus)
• Negotiating experience is a plus!
