Job Description

This role will be based in São Paulo, Brazil.

The work location of this role is hybrid, meaning it will be performed both from home and from a LinkedIn office on select days, as determined by the business needs of the team.

As a Senior Revenue Analyst, you will be a key contributor to the “One Global Revenue” Readiness Framework, supporting governance, operating model, and program management for launches and ongoing initiatives. You will coordinate processes that ensure consistent decision-making, accountability, and performance management across the Revenue team, supporting both launch delivery and operational excellence. You will also play a critical role in driving innovation by leveraging AI and analytics to automate and optimize workflows.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and manage operational readiness for Revenue engagements, standardizing materials and communications to ensure cross-functional alignment.
  • Manage and track SLAs vs. KPIs for revenue-impacting launches and ongoing initiatives.
  • Maintain and update trackers, dashboards, and playbooks for strategic initiatives & programs to ensure visibility and accountability across the Revenue org.
  • Plan and orchestrate the Revenue business rhythm and communications strategy to ensure effective alignment, engagement, and delivery of key priorities.
  • Own content strategy and governance for Revenue’s SharePoint and knowledge hub.
  • Leverage AI and analytics tools to automate and innovate internal processes, driving efficiency and scalability.
  • Analyze Revenue team voice of the customer survey results and facilitate action planning sessions for continuous improvement.
  • Actively contribute to a positive and inclusive workplace culture.

Qualifications

Basic Qualifications

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in revenue accounting, finance, or a related field; alternatively, a bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or a related discipline combined with at least 2 years of relevant experience in accounting, finance, or a related area.
  • Business fluency English and Portuguese.


Preferred Qualifications

  • 1+ year of experience in project management.
  • 1+ year of experience using analytics tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, Business Insights).
  • Experience with governance frameworks, operating model design, or strategic enablement preferred.
