Job Description
This role will be based in São Paulo.

As a Sales Operations Intern, you will apply the knowledge and techniques learned in the classroom to real-world and will build your experiences and help you transform and elevate your career trajectory.
What the job entails:
- Participating in projects that deal with complex business problems and that combine strategy, analytics, and operations at a regional level
- Preparing documentation to implement and scale new processes and/or new systems/tools in partnership with other teams
- Daily collaboration with NAMER and central Sales & Operations team to identify manual and repetitive tasks that can be automated
- This role assists the NAMER Sales Operations team (based in North America) and other cross functional teams (based in North America and São Paulo)
- Availability of at least 1 year of availability to work 6 hours a day (30 hours/week) from Monday to Friday, between the hours of 9 am to 9 pm Brazil time
Basic Qualifications:
- Enrolled and pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration or similar courses with an analytical focus
- Fluency in English
- Excel experience and skills
- Ideally, candidates should have at least 1.5 years remaining before graduation
- Advanced Excel experience is a big plus - strong know-how in using Microsoft Excel and thinking through problems in a structured manner
- Experience with SQL is a big plus
