Tech Enablement Program Manager
About the team
We’re looking for a highly organized, proactive, systems-minded Talent Enablement Program Manager to help us run our tech talent development efforts running smoothly and effectively. This role is the glue that keeps the work moving: creating clarity across priorities, keeping stakeholders aligned, and ensuring our team delivers great experiences with rigor and consistency.About the role
You'll support enablement work for our tech organization - helping to activate learning through different forums and formats across teams.
You’ll support onboarding, manager development, AI enablement, and more—working to ensure our learners have a seamless experience with clear and timely communications targeting the right audience, smooth execution, and a clear rhythm of accountability. You’ll help us understand the learning needs of our customers, create learning pathways for learners to easily access the content when they need it and also operationalize team governance—making sure our work stays aligned to goals, we prioritize with the changing needs of the business, and our processes help (not hinder) our impact.
Who you are
You care about the customer experience and want learners to get what they need, when they need it.
You bring strong operational skills—you know how to organize chaos, anticipate needs, and create momentum across moving parts.
You’re detail-oriented but can focus on the big picture, organized but flexible, and own your workspace but adapt with changes and feedback.
You’re a communicator, a planner, and a connector—and you take pride in helping teams execute well.
What You’ll Do
Coordinate the planning, logistics, and communication across multiple workstreams (e.g., onboarding, AI learning, leadership enablement, etc)
Maintain and manage program trackers, project plans, team calendars, and status updates
Prepare key comms and artifacts: pre-reads, weekly updates, team notes, stakeholder summaries
Support the launch and delivery of learning experiences (e.g., onboarding pilots, peer sprints, toolkit rollouts), in partnership with program leads
Help design and enforce team-level governance routines: quarterly reviews, intake reviews, decision logs, retrospectives, and resource/budget planning
Track key milestones, deliverables, and risks—surfacing blockers and unblocking where needed
Collaborate with partners across HR, L&D, Engineering, and country leadership to keep programs aligned and efficient
Create and maintain resource libraries, intake forms, and team operating docs that help us work smarter and scale faster
What You Bring (Qualifications)
4-6 years of experience in program or project management or operations—especially in fast-moving orgs
Strong planning, prioritization, and documentation skills—you bring clarity to cross-functional work
Experience with program infrastructure: timelines, dashboards, trackers, governance cadences
Skilled in tools like Google Suite, Slack, Notion, Airtable, etc—comfortable building structure where it doesn’t yet exist
Clear written and verbal communicator who knows how to manage up, across, and within a team
Bias for action: you identify issues, propose solutions, and keep things moving without needing constant direction
Bonus: Familiarity with learning or enablement programs, especially in technical environments
