We are seeking a new team member who has the skills, knowledge and expertise to build, manage and implement Search Engine Marketing (SEM) campaigns at scale across multiple platforms. This team member is a performance marketer energized by new challenges and looking to develop the breadth and depth of campaign management and analytical capabilities!
This role has been categorized as a Remote position. “Remote” employees do not have a permanent corporate office workplace and, instead, work from a physical location of their choice, which must be identified to the Company. U.S. employees may live in any of the 50 United States, with limited exceptions.In addition to a competitive base salary and benefits, this position is also eligible for equity awards based on factors such as experience, performance and location.
Who you are
Minimum of 2 years of work experience in Search Engine Marketing, including hands-on execution of campaigns such as Google Search and Microsoft Search with annual budgets exceeding $500K USD.
Proven ability to plan and implement effective experiments with a strong focus on using the Google Ads Experiments tool.
Strong quantitative, analytical and problem-solving skills. Ability to synthesize data and analytics from a wide variety of sources (Google Ads, 1st Party Data, etc).
Experience with data analysis and visualization using tools like Excel and Tableau. SQL proficiency is a plus!
Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and influence decision making across all levels of the organization.

BS degree or equivalent experience in Business, Economics, Statistics or related field preferred.

Build, QA, launch, and optimize (SEM) Search Engine Marketing campaigns to achieve multiple business objectives
Manage tagging, tracking, optimization, reporting and analytics to improve revenue and return on investment
Support cross-functional projects and tests to expand and scale our capabilities, improve performance, and test initiatives
Work with partners and vendors to maintain support and keep up to date on new features and product capabilities
Understand rules, regulations, and data ecosystems related to paid marketing and identify and communicate issues when they arise.
