About the team

The Sales Operations & Enablement team is a key driver of Zillow’s Rentals business, working cross-functionally to empower our sales teams with the tools, programs, and support they need to succeed. We collaborate closely with Sales Leadership, Product Marketing, and Learning & Development to ensure our sellers are equipped, aligned, and inspired to deliver outstanding results.

About the role

As a Senior Sales Performance Manager, you will shape the frameworks, insights, and tools that help our sales teams plan, forecast, and perform more effectively. Your work will directly impact Zillow’s Rentals business, driving measurable results through data-driven solutions, CRM optimization, and operational rigor. You’ll partner closely with leaders across Sales, Operations, and Enablement to influence go-to-market decisions and support Zillow’s growth.

You Will Get To

  • Design and manage scalable frameworks for territory assignments, quota distribution, and sales capacity planning.

  • Lead analysis of pipeline health and forecast accuracy, surfacing insights to improve predictability and accountability.

  • Enhance forecasting processes and visibility in Salesforce, partnering with Sales Leaders.

  • Support strategic account planning and segmentation to identify growth opportunities.

  • Collaborate with Finance and Sales leadership to design and implement effective compensation plans.

  • Evaluate and improve Salesforce usability and data integrity, recommending enhancements to drive adoption.

  • Develop and maintain dynamic dashboards and reporting in Salesforce and Tableau to track key KPIs.

  • Partner cross-functionally to optimize sales models, support planning cycles, and drive data-informed decisions.

This role has been categorized as a Remote position. “Remote” employees do not have a permanent corporate office workplace and, instead, work from a physical location of their choice, which must be identified to the Company. U.S. employees may live in any of the 50 United States, with limited exceptions.In California, Connecticut, Maryland, Massachusetts, New Jersey, New York, Washington state, and Washington DC the standard base pay range for this role is $109,000.00 - $174,000.00 annually. This base pay range is specific to these locations and may not be applicable to other locations.

In Colorado, Hawaii, Illinois, Minnesota, Nevada, Ohio, Rhode Island, and Vermont the standard base pay range for this role is $103,500.00 - $165,300.00 annually. The base pay range is specific to these locations and may not be applicable to other locations.In addition to a competitive base salary this position is also eligible for equity awards based on factors such as experience, performance and location. Actual amounts will vary depending on experience, performance and location. Employees in this role will not be paid below the salary threshold for exempt employees in the state where they reside.

Who you are

  • 5+ years of experience in sales performance, forecasting, compensation planning, or sales strategy.

  • Advanced skills in Excel for data analysis and modeling.

  • Hands-on experience with Salesforce (CRM administration, reporting, and dashboarding).

  • Experience building and maintaining dashboards in Tableau.

  • Strong analytical and communication skills, with the ability to distill complex data into actionable insights.

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent training/certifications in sales operations, CRM administration, or analytics.

  • Ability to collaborate effectively across teams and influence stakeholders.
