Join a growing community of professionals advancing the next wave of AI. As an AI Trainer, you’ll play a hands-on role by analyzing and providing feedback on data to improve LLM performance, helping ensure that the next generation of AI technology is accurate and trustworthy.

We are seeking a skilled Healthcare Operations Specialist / Benefits Coordinator to work as a project consultant in our AI Labor Marketplace. This is not a full-time employment position — you will be engaged as an expert project consultant on a contract basis.

Location: U.S.-based experts only

Engagement: Part-time, project-based expert evaluation work

Work Type: Remote

Project Summary

Consultants will review insurance ID card request emails and attachments, extract required member and plan information, validate details against payer/provider administrative rules, redact PII, and evaluate AI-generated outputs. Work includes creating and applying rubrics, drafting or reviewing enrollment emails, and identifying quality issues or edge cases.

Responsibilities

  • Extract structured information from inbound emails and attachments
  • Validate fields using payer/provider administrative rules
  • Perform manual and tool-based PII redaction
  • Draft or quality-check outbound enrollment communications
  • Apply or refine rubric-based evaluation criteria
  • Assess AI-generated outputs and provide feedback
  • Identify inconsistencies, edge cases, and ambiguous scenarios
  • Maintain accuracy, confidentiality, and compliance

  • High-quality, validated data extractions
  • Clear acceptance criteria and rubric updates
  • Accurate evaluations of AI-generated outputs
  • Consistent identification of errors and rule violations

Qualifications

  • 3–7+ years in healthcare administration, benefits coordination, enrollment operations, or similar roles
  • Familiarity with eligibility/benefits processes and ID card workflows
  • Ability to interpret payer/provider rule sets
  • Experience handling PHI/PII under HIPAA-aligned standards
  • Strong written communication and detail orientation
  • Prior QC, SOP, or rubric-based evaluation experience preferred

Project Consultant Engagement Terms

This is a project-based consultant role. Consultants will be paid on a per-project basis; hourly rates are estimates based on anticipated completion time. Consultants control their own schedule, provide their own tools, and may simultaneously provide services to other vendors/employers (subject to those vendors’ allowances).
