Nurse Practitioner/ Registered Nurse AI Trainer, $80-$100/hour

We are seeking a skilled Nurse Practitioner or Senior Registered Nurse to work as a project consultant in our AI Labor Marketplace. This is not a full-time employment position — you will be engaged as an expert project consultant on a contract basis.

Project Summary:
Contributors will use their clinical expertise to design realistic nursing and advanced practice scenarios, evaluate AI-generated clinical reasoning, and create expert “gold-standard” responses to help train and benchmark large language models.
Consultant Engagement Terms:
This is a project-based consultant role. Consultants will be paid on a per-project basis; hourly rates are estimates based on anticipated completion time. Consultants control their own schedule, provide their own tools, and may simultaneously provide services to other vendors/employers (subject to those vendors’ allowances).
Responsibilities:
Contributors will:
- Create complex, real-world clinical prompts based on nursing or advanced practice workflows
- Develop structured, criteria-based rubrics to evaluate AI reasoning quality
- Assess GPT-5.2 outputs against defined clinical standards
- Author expert-level “golden responses” demonstrating best-practice reasoning
- Apply professional judgment to identify subtle reasoning gaps or safety issues
- Follow project guidelines related to data use and fictionalization

Qualifications:
- Active U.S. RN or NP license
- 10+ years of clinical experience
- Background in direct patient care, clinical education, or advanced practice
- Strong written communication and attention to clinical nuance
- Comfort evaluating and explaining complex clinical reasoning
