Project Overview:

Join a growing community of professionals advancing the next wave of AI. As an AI Trainer, you’ll play a hands-on role by analyzing and providing feedback on data to improve LLM performance, helping ensure that the next generation of AI technology is accurate and trustworthy.

We are seeking a skilled Nurse Practitioner or Senior Registered Nurse to work as a project consultant in our AI Labor Marketplace. This is not a full-time employment position — you will be engaged as an expert project consultant on a contract basis.

Location: U.S.-based experts only

Engagement: Part-time, project-based expert evaluation work

Work Type: Remote

Project Summary:

Contributors will use their clinical expertise to design realistic nursing and advanced practice scenarios, evaluate AI-generated clinical reasoning, and create expert “gold-standard” responses to help train and benchmark large language models.

Consultant Engagement Terms:

This is a project-based consultant role. Consultants will be paid on a per-project basis; hourly rates are estimates based on anticipated completion time. Consultants control their own schedule, provide their own tools, and may simultaneously provide services to other vendors/employers (subject to those vendors’ allowances).

Responsibilities:

Contributors will:

  • Create complex, real-world clinical prompts based on nursing or advanced practice workflows
  • Develop structured, criteria-based rubrics to evaluate AI reasoning quality
  • Assess GPT-5.2 outputs against defined clinical standards
  • Author expert-level “golden responses” demonstrating best-practice reasoning
  • Apply professional judgment to identify subtle reasoning gaps or safety issues
  • Follow project guidelines related to data use and fictionalization

Expected Outcomes:

  • High-quality clinical prompts that challenge AI reasoning
  • Clear, consistent evaluation rubrics
  • Written expert assessments of model outputs
  • Gold-standard responses suitable for training and benchmarking

Qualifications:

  • Active U.S. RN or NP license
  • 10+ years of clinical experience
  • Background in direct patient care, clinical education, or advanced practice
  • Strong written communication and attention to clinical nuance
  • Comfort evaluating and explaining complex clinical reasoning
