We are seeking a skilled Financial Management / FP&A professional to work as a project consultant in our AI Labor Marketplace. This is not a full-time employment position — you will be engaged as an expert project consultant on a contract basis.

Engagement: Part-time, project-based expert evaluation work

Work Type: Remote

Consultants will develop and evaluate realistic financial management scenarios focused on budgeting, forecasting, performance reporting, strategic planning, and investment evaluation within enterprise and growth-stage organizations.

This is a project-based consultant role. Consultants will be paid on a per-project basis; hourly rates are estimates based on anticipated completion time. Consultants control their own schedule, provide their own tools, and may simultaneously provide services to other vendors/employers (subject to those vendors’ allowances).

Responsibilities

Contributors will:

• Design real-world, domain-specific finance management prompts that reflect day-to-day FP&A and financial leadership responsibilities
• Create complex, ambiguous scenarios involving budgeting tradeoffs, forecasting uncertainty, performance variance analysis, or strategic investment decisions
• Develop criteria-based rubrics with defined categories such as financial rigor, strategic reasoning, assumptions quality, stakeholder alignment, and decision clarity
• Evaluate AI-generated model responses against the rubric
• Identify gaps in financial logic, forecasting methodology, performance interpretation, or strategic judgment
• Produce a golden response that reflects how a senior finance leader would analyze the problem and communicate a recommendation
• Provide structured feedback to improve AI reasoning in finance leadership and enterprise decision-making context

• High-quality FP&A and financial management evaluation tasks
• Clear assessments of AI-generated strategic finance reasoning
• Golden responses demonstrating senior-level finance leadership judgment

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in financial management, FP&A, or corporate finance leadership
• Backgrounds may include Finance Manager, FP&A Manager, Head of Financial Planning, Financial Performance Reporting Lead, Growth Strategist, or Investment Opportunity Evaluator
• Direct experience with budgeting, forecasting, performance management, and executive-facing financial analysis
• Comfortable operating independently and applying senior-level financial judgment
