Project Overview:

We are seeking a skilled construction or safety professional to work as a project consultant in our AI Labor Marketplace. This is not a full-time employment position - you will be engaged as an expert project consultant on a contract basis.

Location: U.S.-based experts only

Engagement: Part-time, project-based expert evaluation work

Work Type: Remote

Project Summary:

Consultants will support AI evaluation efforts by applying professional judgment to construction, inspection, or safety-related materials.

This is a project-based consultant role. Consultants will be paid on a per-project basis; hourly rates are estimates based upon anticipated time of completion. Consultants will control their own schedule, provide their own tools to perform the work, and are free to simultaneously provide services to other vendors and employers to the extent permitted by those vendors and employers.

Responsibilities:

Contributors will:

• Review construction or safety-related source materials
• Apply U.S. construction, inspection, or safety regulations and standards
• Produce clear, well-reasoned expert written responses
• Complete assigned work within a defined short turnaround window

Expected Outcomes:

• High-quality expert evaluations grounded in real-world construction, inspection, and safety experience
• Actionable feedback that improves AI realism, regulatory alignment, and decision-making accuracy
• Improved AI performance across construction project management, quality control, and hazard communication contexts

Qualifications:

• 3+ years of experience in construction, inspection, project management, EHS, or process safety roles
• Familiarity with U.S. construction and safety regulations (e.g., OSHA, building codes)
