We are seeking a skilled HR Operations & Structured Data Specialist to work as a project consultant in our AI Labor Marketplace. This is not a full-time employment position - you will be engaged as an expert project consultant on a contract basis.
Location: U.S.-based experts only
Engagement: Part-time, project-based expert evaluation work

Project Summary:
This project focuses on creating realistic U.S. new employee onboarding documentation using fictional data, drafting related onboarding communications, and constructing JSON schemas that extract and structure information from those materials. Contributors must have hands-on experience with U.S. onboarding processes, demonstrated experience writing JSON schemas, and prior data annotation or AI evaluation experience.
Consultant Engagement Terms:
This is a project-based consultant role. Consultants will be paid on a per-project basis; hourly rates are estimates based upon anticipated time of completion. Consultants will control their own schedule, provide their own tools to perform the work, and are free to simultaneously provide services to other vendors and employers to the extent permitted by those vendors and employers.
Responsibilities:
Contributors will:
- Create realistic U.S. employee onboarding documents (PDF and Excel formats) using fictional data
- Draft professional onboarding emails or email threads aligned to each scenario
- Write JSON schemas based on provided structural guidelines
- Ensure strict consistency between documents, structured schema outputs, and ground-truth data
- Perform structured peer review of assigned tasks
- Follow detailed formatting and evaluation guidelines
Expected Outcomes:
- Complete, internally consistent onboarding documentation sets with aligned JSON schemas
- Review-ready submissions meeting defined quality and formatting standards
Qualifications:
- 3+ years of U.S. HR operations or employee onboarding experience
- Demonstrated experience writing JSON schemas (required)
- Prior data annotation, AI training, or structured evaluation experience
- Strong Excel proficiency and documentation skills
- High attention to detail and ability to follow written guidelines
