The LinkedIn Business Platform powers the end-to-end purchase lifecycle for LinkedIn’s online and field-sold products. It supports critical business functions across multiple customer types, geographies, and product lines. Designed for adaptability and scale, the platform serves as the foundation for seamless transactions and enables multi-dimensional growth for the company.
We're seeking a Senior Product Designer to join our LBP design team and lead design for LinkedIn's core user-facing help and concierge experiences. This is a critical backfill role that will shape how millions of members and customers get support, discover features, and unlock value across LinkedIn's products.
What this role will be working on:
You'll be responsible for designing the next generation of our help ecosystem, merging reactive support with proactive recommendations across three interconnected products:

The pay range for this role is $126,000 to $207,000. Actual compensation packages are based on a wide array of factors unique to each candidate, including but not limited to skill set, years & depth of experience, certifications and specific office location. This may differ in other locations due to cost of labor considerations.

- AI Concierge: LinkedIn's unified customer engagement platform that consolidates help, support, and proactive guidance into a single conversational experience
- In-Product Help 2.0 (IPH 2.0): The revamped in-product help widget featuring AI-powered search, semantic understanding, and contextual content delivery
- Virtual Chat Assistant (VCA): Our AI-powered chatbot that enables self-serve support and seamless escalation to live agents
- Design end-to-end conversational experiences that seamlessly blend reactive help (search, chat, troubleshooting) with proactive nudges (recommendations, onboarding checklists, feature adoption)
- Define interaction patterns for AI-powered help experiences that feel trustworthy, contextual, and effortless across desktop and mobile
- Collaborate cross-functionally with PM, engineering, AI/ML, data science, and customer support teams to deliver high-impact features
- Champion design quality by establishing patterns and leveraging design systems
- Navigate complexity independently across multiple product surfaces (Recruiter, Sales Navigator, Learning, etc.) while maintaining ecosystem consistency
- Designers are strategic partners from vision to launch.
- You’ll work with a talented, mission-driven, and collaborative cross-functional team.

Qualifications
Basic Qualifications:
- BA/BS degree in graphic design, design communication, human-computer interaction, or related field or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Experience participating in the complete product development lifecycle of web and/or software applications
- 5+ years of experience in user experience design or industry experience (corporate, software, web or agency)
- To be considered for this position, you must include your portfolio, website or other samples of work.
- Experience in delivering medium to large-scale projects independently or with some support from senior ICs or Managers
- Capable of influence across the respective business area and regularly engaging in cross-functional discussions
- Experience in delivering design solutions for unstructured problems that have some dependencies on other products/teams
- Demonstrated ability of coaching team to more effectively apply design patterns
- Effectively communicates ideas to the broader organization
- Experience in solving structured problems that have few dependencies and dealing with a high level of ambiguity
