About the team
As a Senior Recruiter supporting Zillow’s Go-To-Market (GTM) organization, you’ll play a critical role in building the talent that drives revenue, customer growth, and market expansion across Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success.Our Talent Acquisition team partners closely with GTM leadership to deliver strong hiring outcomes while continuously improving hiring strategies, processes, and candidate experience at scale.
About the role
This role operates at a strategic level, owning end-to-end recruiting across complex GTM roles while advising senior leaders on talent strategy and market dynamics. You will manage the full hiring lifecycle—from intake through offer—while influencing hiring decisions, improving processes, and mentoring others on the team.
You Will Get To:
Lead end-to-end recruiting for complex, high-impact GTM roles across multiple functions and levels
Partner with hiring leaders (Director through VP) to define hiring needs, success profiles, and interview strategies
Translate business goals into effective hiring plans, including role scoping, market positioning, and timeline expectations
Develop and execute proactive sourcing strategies in partnership with sourcing teams
Screen, assess, and guide candidates through the interview process with a high bar for quality and alignment
Facilitate interview alignment, feedback synthesis, and decision-making with stakeholders
Manage offer strategy, negotiation, and closing in partnership with Compensation and HR
Monitor and analyze funnel health (pipeline, conversion, time-to-fill), identifying risks and driving improvements
Mentor recruiters and sourcers; share best practices and elevate team capability
Lead or contribute to initiatives that improve hiring processes, systems, and candidate experience
Act as a trusted advisor to stakeholders, influencing decisions and navigating complex hiring challenges
Champion equitable hiring practices and support representation goals

Who you are
5+ years of recruiting experience, with strong exposure to GTM functions
Experience owning end-to-end hiring for complex or senior-level roles
Proven ability to influence stakeholders at the Director+ level
Strong sourcing, assessment, and closing skills
Data-driven with experience managing recruiting metrics and performance
Experience mentoring others or leading projects
Strong communication, organization, and stakeholder management skills
Comfortable operating in ambiguity and driving alignment across teams
