Work includes prompt creation, synthetic artifact development, rubric design, model evaluation, and gold-standard response authoring.
Consultant Engagement Terms:
This is a project-based consultant role. Consultants will be paid on a per-project basis; hourly rates are estimates based on anticipated completion time. Consultants control their own schedule, provide their own tools, and may simultaneously provide services to other vendors/employers (subject to those vendors’ allowances).

- Develop synthetic supporting artifacts (process flows, quality data, equipment specs, schedules)
- Validate prompts against state-of-the-art AI models and revise as needed
- Define weighted, criteria-based evaluation rubrics
- Evaluate model outputs against expert reasoning expectations
- Draft gold-standard engineering responses with assumptions, risks, and next steps
Expected Outcomes:
- High-quality engineering prompts that challenge state of the art AI models
- Clear, repeatable rubrics for technical evaluation
- Expert-authored gold responses reflecting senior-level judgment
Qualifications:
- 10+ years of experience in Mechanical or Industrial Engineering
