We are seeking a BizOps domain expert to work as a project consultant in our AI Labor Marketplace. This is not a full-time employment position — you will be engaged as an expert project consultant on a contract basis.

Project Summary:

This project focuses on developing high-quality, expert-authored Excel training data across multiple business domains, including IT/Enterprise Software, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Business Operations, and Office/Retail Management. Contributors will simulate realistic business scenarios by building structured Excel datasets, designing analytical questions, and demonstrating step-by-step problem-solving workflows. The work emphasizes real-world applicability, structured reasoning, and advanced Excel usage reflective of professional environments.

Develop Excel scenarios for KPI dashboards, growth modeling, budgeting, headcount planning, and executive reporting.

Responsibilities:

Contributors will:

• Build cross-functional business datasets
• Create questions spanning performance analysis and planning
• Deliver structured, executive-ready analytical outputs
• Record walkthroughs explaining decision frameworks

Qualifications:

• 3–8 years in BizOps, strategy, FP&A, or consulting
• Strong experience with KPI reporting and modeling
• Advanced Excel (financial modeling, dashboards)
