We are seeking a Retail/Office Management domain expert to work as a project consultant in our AI Labor Marketplace. This is not a full-time employment position — you will be engaged as an expert project consultant on a contract basis.

Project Summary:

This project focuses on developing high-quality, expert-authored Excel training data across multiple business domains, including IT/Enterprise Software, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Business Operations, and Office/Retail Management. Contributors will simulate realistic business scenarios by building structured Excel datasets, designing analytical questions, and demonstrating step-by-step problem-solving workflows. The work emphasizes real-world applicability, structured reasoning, and advanced Excel usage reflective of professional environments.

Create Excel scenarios for store/office performance tracking, staffing schedules, budget oversight, and operational reporting.

Responsibilities:

Contributors will:

• Build datasets for staffing, budgets, and performance tracking
• Develop practical, operations-focused analytical questions
• Produce structured answers and evaluation criteria
• Record walkthroughs demonstrating day-to-day Excel usage

Expected Outcomes:

• Practical, real-world operational Excel models
• Clear and usable reporting frameworks
• Walkthroughs reflecting applied Excel usage

Qualifications:

• 3–6 years in retail operations, facilities, or office management
• Experience with staffing, budgeting, or performance tracking
• Strong intermediate Excel skills
