Join a growing community of professionals advancing the next wave of AI. As an AI Trainer, you’ll play a hands-on role by analyzing and providing feedback on data to improve LLM performance, helping ensure that the next generation of AI technology is accurate and trustworthy.
We are seeking a skilled administrative operations professional to work as a project consultant in our AI Labor Marketplace. This is not a full-time employment position — you will be engaged as an expert project consultant on a contract basis.
Location: U.S.-based experts only
Engagement: Part-time, 1099 project-based
Project Summary: Consultants will review operations-focused prompts, workplace scenarios, and AI-generated rubrics related to office administration, facilities management, scheduling, vendor coordination, and organizational workflows.
Consultant Engagement Terms:
This is a project-based consultant role. Consultants will be paid on a per-project basis; hourly rates are estimates based on anticipated completion time. Consultants control their own schedule, provide their own tools, and may simultaneously provide services to other vendors/employers (subject to those vendors’ allowances).
Responsibilities:
Contributors will:
- Evaluate administrative and operational workflow prompts for realism and clarity
- Review AI-generated rubrics for completeness and operational accuracy
- Recommend additions, revisions, or removals to improve evaluation quality
- Assess AI-generated responses for workflow logic and business practicality
- Identify operational inefficiencies or missing process considerations
- Draft benchmark operational responses when needed
- Apply professional judgment to evaluate workplace coordination scenarios
- Follow project confidentiality and data-use requirements

- Accurate evaluation frameworks for administrative operations tasks
- Improved AI reasoning related to workplace coordination and management
- Expert-reviewed benchmark responses and annotations
- Identification of operational workflow gaps and inconsistencies
Qualifications:
- Experience in office management, operations management, or administrative leadership
- Strong organizational and workflow management expertise
- Ability to evaluate business processes and operational reasoning
- Excellent written communication and analytical skills
