Join a growing community of professionals advancing the next wave of AI. As an AI Trainer, you’ll play a hands-on role by analyzing and providing feedback on data to improve LLM performance, helping ensure that the next generation of AI technology is accurate and trustworthy.

We are seeking logistics and warehouse operations professionals to evaluate shipping-and-receiving prompts, inventory workflows, and AI-generated rubrics related to logistics coordination, inventory handling, and operational procedures.

Location: U.S.-based experts only

Engagement: Part-time, project-based expert evaluation work

Work Type: Remote

Consultant Engagement Terms:

This is a project-based consultant role. Consultants will be paid on a per-project basis; hourly rates are estimates based on anticipated completion time. Consultants control their own schedule, provide their own tools, and may simultaneously provide services to other vendors/employers (subject to those vendors’ allowances).

Responsibilities:

Contributors will:

  • Review shipping and inventory-management prompts
  • Evaluate AI-generated rubrics for workflow and logistics accuracy
  • Assess AI outputs for operational logic and procedural compliance
  • Identify inventory, documentation, or coordination gaps
  • Recommend revisions to evaluation frameworks
  • Draft benchmark logistics responses where required
  • Apply professional judgment to warehouse and logistics scenarios
  • Follow project confidentiality and fictionalization guidelines

Qualifications:

  • Experience in warehouse operations, logistics, shipping, or inventory management
  • Familiarity with receiving, tracking, and fulfillment workflows
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Ability to evaluate operational accuracy and process quality
