We are seeking a skilled audio/video production professional to work as a project consultant in our AI Labor Marketplace. This is not a full-time employment position — you will be engaged as an expert project consultant on a contract basis.
Location: U.S.-based experts only
Engagement: Part-time, 1099 project-based
Work Type: Remote
Project Summary: Consultants will review production-related prompts, technical source materials, and AI-generated rubrics involving recording equipment, live production, editing workflows, troubleshooting, and media operations.
Consultant Engagement Terms:
This is a project-based consultant role. Consultants will be paid on a per-project basis; hourly rates are estimates based on anticipated completion time. Consultants control their own schedule, provide their own tools, and may simultaneously provide services to other vendors/employers (subject to those vendors’ allowances).
Responsibilities:
Contributors will:
- Evaluate technical prompts related to audio/video production workflows
- Review AI-generated rubrics for technical correctness and workflow completeness
- Assess AI-generated outputs for production accuracy and troubleshooting logic
- Recommend revisions or additions to improve rubric quality
- Identify technical gaps, equipment issues, or workflow inconsistencies
- Draft benchmark responses for production-related tasks when needed
- Apply professional judgment to evaluate realistic production scenarios
- Follow project-specific data handling and confidentiality guidelines

- Improved AI reasoning related to production troubleshooting and workflows

Qualifications:
- Professional experience in audio production, video production, broadcasting, or live events
- Familiarity with industry-standard production equipment and workflows
- Strong troubleshooting and technical communication skills
- Ability to assess operational and technical reasoning quality
