We are seeking a skilled compliance professional to work as a project consultant in our AI Labor Marketplace. This is not a full-time employment position — you will be engaged as an expert project consultant on a contract basis.
Location: U.S.-based experts only
Engagement: Part-time, 1099 project-based
Work Type: Remote
Project Summary: Consultants will review compliance-focused prompts, source documents, and AI-generated rubrics involving regulatory interpretation, policy adherence, risk management, and governance practices.
Consultant Engagement Terms:
This is a project-based consultant role. Consultants will be paid on a per-project basis; hourly rates are estimates based on anticipated completion time. Consultants control their own schedule, provide their own tools, and may simultaneously provide services to other vendors/employers (subject to those vendors’ allowances).
Responsibilities:
Contributors will:
- Review compliance-related prompts and regulatory scenarios for realism and accuracy
- Evaluate AI-generated rubrics for regulatory completeness and risk awareness
- Assess AI outputs for compliance reasoning and policy alignment
- Recommend revisions, additions, or corrections to improve evaluation quality
- Identify gaps related to governance, reporting, or regulatory obligations
- Draft benchmark compliance responses when needed
- Apply professional judgment to nuanced risk and policy scenarios
- Follow project confidentiality and data-handling requirements
Expected Outcomes:
- Expert-reviewed compliance evaluation frameworks
- Accurate assessments of AI-generated compliance reasoning
- Refined benchmark responses and annotations
- Identification of regulatory and governance-related gaps
Qualifications:
- Experience in compliance, risk management, governance, or regulatory affairs
- Familiarity with corporate compliance standards and reporting practices
- Strong analytical and written communication skills
- Relevant certifications preferred (CRCMP, CCEP, CAMS, or equivalent)
