We are seeking a skilled Corporate Communications Specialist to work as a project consultant in our AI Labor Marketplace. This is not a full-time employment position — you will be engaged as an expert project consultant on a contract basis.

Location: U.S.-based experts only

Engagement: Part-time, 1099 project-based

Work Type: Remote

Project Summary: This project evaluates how effectively AI systems provide career guidance across professional occupations. We are seeking experienced Corporate Communications Specialists to evaluate AI-generated career guidance related to internal communications, executive communications, public relations, corporate messaging, media strategy, reputation management, and communications leadership. Contributors will assess whether AI-generated recommendations accurately reflect communications career development and advancement opportunities.

Consultant Engagement Terms:

This is a project-based consultant role. Consultants will be paid on a per-project basis; hourly rates are estimates based on anticipated completion time. Consultants control their own schedule, provide their own tools, and may simultaneously provide services to other vendors/employers (subject to those vendors’ allowances).

Responsibilities:

Contributors will:

  • Create benchmark answers for communications career questions
  • Develop profession-specific scoring rubrics
  • Evaluate AI-generated guidance related to communications careers
  • Assess recommendations involving public relations, executive communications, and media relations
  • Review advice regarding communications leadership and strategic planning
  • Identify unrealistic or inaccurate professional recommendations
  • Provide written rationale supporting evaluation outcomes

Expected Outcomes:

  • Accurate benchmark responses reflecting communications best practices
  • Consistent evaluation criteria for AI-generated advice
  • Reliable scoring of communications career guidance
  • Identification of inaccuracies and career-development gaps
  • Actionable expert feedback for model evaluation

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 3+ years of experience in corporate communications, communications strategy, or public relations
  • Experience developing communications programs and messaging strategies
  • Familiarity with communications career progression
  • Strong writing and editing skills
  • Ability to assess professional guidance objectively
  • Currently practicing or recently active in the field
  • U.S.-based
