We are seeking a skilled Account Manager to work as a project consultant in our AI Labor Marketplace. This is not a full-time employment position — you will be engaged as an expert project consultant on a contract basis.

Project Summary: This project evaluates how effectively AI systems provide career guidance across professional occupations. We are seeking experienced Account Managers to help assess AI-generated career advice related to client relationship management, account growth, customer retention, quota attainment, stakeholder management, strategic account planning, and advancement within account management organizations. Contributors will create benchmark responses and evaluate whether AI-generated guidance accurately reflects the realities of account management careers.
Consultant Engagement Terms:
This is a project-based consultant role. Consultants will be paid on a per-project basis; hourly rates are estimates based on anticipated completion time.
Responsibilities:
Contributors will:
- Create expert benchmark answers to account management career questions
- Develop scoring rubrics that define high-quality career guidance
- Evaluate AI-generated responses related to account management careers
- Assess recommendations involving client retention, account growth, sales performance, and relationship management
- Review guidance concerning promotion pathways from Account Coordinator through Senior Account Manager and leadership roles
- Identify unrealistic, inaccurate, or incomplete career recommendations
- Provide written rationale supporting evaluation decisions

- Accurate benchmark answers grounded in real-world account management experience
- Clear evaluation criteria for scoring AI-generated career guidance
- Consistent assessment of AI responses across career scenarios
- Identification of strengths, weaknesses, and omissions in AI-generated advice
- Reliable expert feedback that improves career-focused AI evaluation
Qualifications:
- Minimum 3+ years of professional experience in account management
- Experience managing client relationships and revenue-generating accounts
- Familiarity with customer retention, account growth, and stakeholder management
- Strong written communication and analytical skills
- Ability to evaluate career advice objectively and consistently
- Currently practicing or recently active in the profession
