We are seeking a skilled Real Estate Agent to work as a project consultant in our AI Labor Marketplace. This is not a full-time employment position — you will be engaged as an expert project consultant on a contract basis.

Project Summary:

CareerBench evaluates how effectively AI systems provide career guidance across professional occupations. We are seeking experienced Real Estate Agents to evaluate AI-generated career guidance related to residential and commercial real estate careers, licensing requirements, brokerage models, lead generation, client acquisition, transaction management, and long-term career development within the real estate industry. Contributors will help ensure AI-generated recommendations accurately reflect the realities of building and sustaining a successful real estate career.

Consultant Engagement Terms

This is a project-based consultant role. Consultants will be paid on a per-project basis; hourly rates are estimates based on anticipated completion time. Consultants control their own schedule, provide their own tools, and may simultaneously provide services to other vendors/employers (subject to those vendors’ allowances).

Responsibilities

Contributors will:

• Create benchmark answers for real estate career questions
• Develop profession-specific scoring rubrics for evaluating AI-generated guidance
• Assess recommendations related to licensing, brokerage selection, and professional development
• Review advice involving lead generation, client relationship management, and business growth
• Evaluate guidance concerning residential, commercial, and specialty real estate career paths
• Identify unrealistic, inaccurate, or incomplete career recommendations
• Provide written rationale supporting evaluation outcomes

• Reliable scoring frameworks for evaluating career guidance
• Consistent assessment of AI-generated responses across real estate scenarios
• Identification of inaccuracies related to licensing, business development, and career progression

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of professional real estate experience
• Active real estate license strongly preferred
• Experience working with buyers, sellers, investors, or commercial clients
• Familiarity with real estate career progression and brokerage environments
• Strong communication and relationship management skills
• Ability to evaluate professional guidance objectively and consistently
