We are seeking a skilled Rehabilitation Therapist to work as a project consultant in our AI Labor Marketplace. This is not a full-time employment position — you will be engaged as an expert project consultant on a contract basis.
Location: U.S.-based experts only
Engagement: Part-time, project-based expert evaluation work

Project Summary: CareerBench evaluates how effectively AI systems provide career guidance across professional occupations. We are seeking licensed Rehabilitation Therapists, including Physical Therapists, Occupational Therapists, Speech-Language Pathologists, and related rehabilitation professionals, to evaluate AI-generated career guidance related to clinical practice, licensure, specialization, healthcare settings, professional development, and advancement within rehabilitation professions. Contributors will ensure AI-generated recommendations accurately reflect educational requirements, credentialing expectations, and professional realities.
Consultant Engagement Terms
This is a project-based consultant role. Consultants will be paid on a per-project basis; hourly rates are estimates based on anticipated completion time. Consultants control their own schedule, provide their own tools, and may simultaneously provide services to other vendors/employers (subject to those vendors’ allowances).
Responsibilities
Contributors will:
- Create benchmark answers for rehabilitation therapy career questions
- Develop profession-specific scoring rubrics for evaluating AI-generated guidance
- Assess recommendations related to licensure, certification, and continuing education
- Review advice involving clinical specialization, healthcare settings, and patient populations
- Evaluate guidance concerning leadership opportunities, private practice, and professional advancement
- Identify inaccurate, non-compliant, or unrealistic career recommendations
- Provide written rationale supporting evaluation outcomes

- Accurate benchmark responses aligned with rehabilitation therapy practice

Qualifications
- Active U.S. license required (PT, OT, SLP, or related rehabilitation discipline)
- Minimum 3 years of professional rehabilitation therapy experience
- Familiarity with licensure, credentialing, and specialization pathways
- Experience providing direct patient care in clinical, hospital, outpatient, school, or rehabilitation settings
- Strong written communication and analytical skills
- Ability to evaluate professional guidance objectively and consistently
