Join a growing community of professionals advancing the next wave of AI. As an AI Trainer, you’ll play a hands-on role by analyzing and providing feedback on data to improve LLM performance, helping ensure that the next generation of AI technology is accurate and trustworthy.
We are seeking experienced professionals who understand how work gets done inside modern organizations to serve as expert consultants in our AI Labor Marketplace. This is not a full-time employment position — you will be engaged as an expert project consultant on a contract basis.
Location: U.S.-based experts only

Project Summary
This project focuses on improving AI systems' understanding of workplace productivity, enterprise workflows, organizational operations, collaboration, project execution, business communication, and knowledge-worker tasks.
- Contributors will evaluate and create content related to how professionals plan work, manage projects, communicate across teams, document decisions, streamline processes, coordinate stakeholders, improve operational efficiency, and solve common workplace challenges.
- The work requires strong business judgment, experience operating in professional environments, and the ability to evaluate whether AI-generated outputs reflect realistic enterprise practices and effective workplace behaviors.
Consultant Engagement Terms
This is a project-based consultant role. Consultants will be paid on a per-project basis; hourly rates are estimates based on anticipated completion time. Consultants control their own schedule, provide their own tools, and may simultaneously provide services to other vendors/employers (subject to those vendors’ allowances).
Responsibilities
Contributors will:
- Evaluate AI-generated responses related to workplace productivity and enterprise operations
- Review content involving project management, business communication, process improvement, collaboration, and organizational effectiveness
- Assess whether recommendations are practical, realistic, and appropriate for professional environments
- Identify reasoning flaws, operational gaps, unrealistic assumptions, or poor prioritization
- Compare alternative AI-generated responses and determine which best reflects effective workplace practices
- Provide written explanations supporting evaluations and decisions
- Apply professional experience to enterprise workflow and knowledge-work scenarios
- Follow project guidelines to ensure quality, consistency, and reliability

Qualifications:
Required
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience
- 4+ years of experience in business operations, project management, consulting, program management, operations, customer success, product operations, HR operations, or related functions
- Experience working in cross-functional professional environments
- Strong understanding of enterprise workflows and organizational processes
- Excellent written communication skills
- Ability to evaluate workplace scenarios and business recommendations critically
Preferred
- Experience leading projects, programs, operations, or process improvement initiatives
- Experience in consulting, business operations, program management, project management, organizational effectiveness, or enterprise software environments
- PMP, Lean Six Sigma, Agile, Scrum, or similar certifications
- Prior experience with AI evaluation, content review, annotation, peer review, or expert assessment projects
