We are seeking a skilled Accountant to work as a project consultant in our AI Labor Marketplace. This is not a full-time employment position — you will be engaged as an expert project consultant on a contract basis.

Location: U.S.-based experts only

Engagement: Part-time, project-based expert evaluation work

Work Type: Remote

Project Summary: This project evaluates how effectively AI systems provide career guidance across professional occupations. We are seeking experienced Accountants to evaluate AI-generated career guidance related to accounting career paths, CPA progression, public accounting, corporate accounting, tax, audit, financial reporting, controllership tracks, and professional development opportunities. Contributors will help ensure that AI advice accurately reflects the skills, credentials, and career decisions encountered by accounting professionals.

Consultant Engagement Terms:

This is a project-based consultant role. Consultants will be paid on a per-project basis; hourly rates are estimates based on anticipated completion time. Consultants control their own schedule, provide their own tools, and may simultaneously provide services to other vendors/employers (subject to those vendors’ allowances).

Responsibilities:

Contributors will:

  • Create benchmark answers for accounting career-related questions
  • Develop profession-specific scoring rubrics
  • Evaluate AI-generated guidance regarding accounting career advancement
  • Assess recommendations involving CPA certification, specialization, and continuing education
  • Review advice concerning public accounting, industry accounting, tax, audit, and finance career pathways
  • Identify inaccurate or misleading professional guidance
  • Provide written justification for evaluation outcomes

  • Reliable evaluation frameworks for accounting-related career advice

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 3 years of professional accounting experience
  • Experience in public accounting, corporate accounting, tax, audit, or related areas
  • CPA preferred but not required
  • Familiarity with accounting certifications and career progression pathways
  • Strong written communication and analytical abilities
  • Ability to evaluate professional guidance consistently
